涼拌黃豆芽
材料:
黃豆芽
大蒜泥(1/2小匙, 或用切碎的蒜頭)
蔥花 (1小匙)
鹽 少許
香油 (1小匙)
白芝麻
韓式辣椒粉
做法:
1. 豆芽洗乾淨,放入鍋中,加入豆芽量一半的水量
加鍋蓋煮開
2. 水開後在滾水中悶煮至少兩分鐘,(我會在最後一分鐘加入蔥花 一起煮)
關火後再悶一分鐘(這整個過程鍋蓋要一直蓋著)
3. 倒出煮熟的黃豆芽 瀝乾水
4. 調味
黃豆芽冰的也很好吃喔!!
